They were in charge of our luggage to get to the fairy and said it would be fine if we stayed on the island for a few hours! Well it definitely was NOT there! We called SEVERAL times and they kept playing the blame game! They were not interested in helping us search or call other places! According to other reviews this is not the first time this has happened! The Starline and Taxi company helped us make calls and keep an eye out for it but Stonecliff did absolutely NOTHING!!!! Apparently they were too busy!!May 06, 2017
